When Adam Met Eve

When Adam Met Eve

Analyzing, ostracizing,
Titillating, activating,
Aggravating, conversating,
Motivating, scintillating,
Enervating, agitating,
Originating, emancipating,
Immolating, estimating,
Escalating, exasperating,
Calculating, idolating,
illuminating, isolating
Prognosticating, evaporating,
Ruminating, gesticulating,
Formulating, reverberating
Fornicating, gyrating
Frustrating, keep us waiting,
Woman

illuminating,

illuminating, isolating prognosticating, evaporating, ruminating, gesticulating, formulating, reverberating fornicating, gyrating under one hot breath: darned man! (et tu rhett*?) ;-) or When scarlet eve met r(h)ett: Damn! That was good. "We have to try to get rid of the notion of time. Why thank you Miss Scarlet

*LOL* My most humble thanks Anna. I am glad you liked this one. Sometimes it is just downright fun to play with words. Now, I wish I had added your words in there also! What was that

I absolutely refuse to look all those words up in my Oxford, young man, Now I know some of those people that went to the big school and learnt from big books, one of them was Rett, LOL. I was only at senior school for 4 years and only got to the I's in the dic-something, and that was so I could spell my own name. Never got to 4 letter words, Ta God, Great write there, take great care out there, Yours, Ian

*LOL* Ian my friend, you are soooo wrong

You are reading from a man that did not finish the 10th grade and ended up getting a GED (General Equivalency Diploma) years later after I had a family to support. All my book learning came from being guilty over school and reading dang near any and everything I could get my hands on including Brittanica. Glad ya liked it my friend and you be good, or careful, whichever suits you more! *G* Respectfully, Rett: "Next time you think you're perfect, walk on water." Having fun Rett?

I too enjoy all these wooorrrddds they roll of the tongue and rhyme in the ear with a musical whimsical oddity of their own. Yesterday I wrote this bit, similarly absurd :- "Bats in the Belfry" ann Bats in the belfry and batty in the head butterflies and rumblings in the belly. Goose-pimpled, dog-teethed and better not be said black-heads and on the face of any thumb-fisted ham-fisted blue-blooded twit. Hair-brained and waved into locks a many goose-walking, lazy dog wolfing food, just sit. And you'll be foxed and flabbergasted a tiny weeny bit Ratty, catty don't go batty that's so fishy anyways lion-hearted, fingernails and batting eyelids too Tennis elbow take a bow when seeing stars you do. Wet and soppy, thin and floppy as a rake, mistake. Pea-brained, cock sure, mouse-eared not at all raining cats and dogs a plenty and there's nothing more. And there's something else I wrote like this 'poem' of yours too, somewhere in the stored places around me!! I think I will have fun too and post it now, as a poem. Great fun Rett from Ann

Tootle-loo

This is the source of poetry, its rhythms and onomatopoeic sounds, the driving force of our dance with words, is it not? The jazz of our brainstorms and outpourings here. In love with groups of letters we. What fun we are having. Today the drizzle, fizzle, sizzle makes the leaves into a puzzle, ‘flections of the sky a muddle wobbling in the filled up puddle,  who it is descries the picture making up the fell and stream. Is it all imagination or a horrid vivid dream in this world of mud and thunder till we’re safely tucked down under? Tootle-loo Rett from Ann

Rett,

I love this! It was fun to read, and I got a chuckle out of it, like: Oh, that´s what men think about us women! Wonder which of these words describe me... Yours, ~Nina

*Chuckle* Nina, I am magnanimous

All describe every woman just like Double D's answer to it describes me. *LOL* Ain't we got fun? *ROFLMAO* This place and poetry can be such a blast! I am very happy you got a chuckle out of it because I had a blast writing it. Thank you. Respectfully, Rett: "Next time you think you're perfect, walk on water." Not "sugar and spice and all things nice!!"

Here are some that might fit you Nina! Analyzing, titillating, activating, conversating motivating, scintillating, originating, emancipating, immolating, illuminating, prognosticating, ruminating, gesticulating(?), formulating, reverberating, and all in the kindest way too. And many more positive words, could be found to fit you. Nina. So the list is not comprehensive! Yours from Ann of Norway.
