Through Psyche's Eyes #3 - Questionings

Questionings

Helpless,
Against the weakness
Of this frail human mind,
For I am cursed
With the plague of Pandora.
My curiosity intrigues me
With thoughts of what is unknown.

Seeking out knowledge
Of what is supposed to remain hidden,
Wanting to know and see
That what I believe in is real,
Longing for the proof to know
The tales are just lies.

Your concealed face in this darkness
Continually eludes me, yet captures me.

Given only a little information,
The sound of your voice,
Reassurance of your love,
The kind and caring treatment.

Yet, is still not enough,
This torment
Becomes more than I can bear

I must know.......

Little Blue

I like this one and it is a very good picture of a seeker, though you only have to look inside, Haven't had time to read all of this series but if this one is anything to go on then it will be worth the read, Yours, Ian.T

Hi Blue Halcyon,

I am back and true to my promise I have made a stab at this series again. This third piece is awesome, I have found nothing to "construct". I love these lines in particular: " Your concealed face in this darkness/Continually eludes me, yet captures me" Yours, ~Nina
