Volcano
1.
The volcano gods are speaking
and the world is afire
the earth is shaking like a leaf
soon
the famished mouth
of need shall open
its angel wings
and spread the words
of dissolution,
one thought
deserving of another,
breaking down all that land
between us..
2.
the graveyard
shifts
from nowhere
the dance begins
and words
fall into my emptiness...
3.
across the great divide
of you and I
there is a mesa grande
flowers grow
like tumbleweeds,
the fragrance of love
is in the air...
we scent
its presence...
The volcano gods are speaking
and the world is afire
the earth is shaking like a leaf
soon
the famished mouth
of need shall open
its angel wings
and spread the words
of dissolution,
one thought
deserving of another,
breaking down all that land
between us..
2.
the graveyard
shifts
from nowhere
the dance begins
and words
fall into my emptiness...
3.
across the great divide
of you and I
there is a mesa grande
flowers grow
like tumbleweeds,
the fragrance of love
is in the air...
we scent
its presence...
