Everything shining
"Everything Shining" Ann 8th August 2008 ( A day with a headache)
Everything is shining, shining, shining white
Wet with wet rain bright with light
The sun, the clouds of grey, then white
Are playing games for the leave's delight
Dressed in fashions fit-to-kill they stand there
Green with silver frill and golden hair
The mountain too is shrouded grey
Then shine the little waterfalls, they
Like witches hair all down their sides
Do almost look like Autumn brides
In white, the foam and spray they throw
Over the meadows down below
So brilliant, bright and lifting spirits
When thunder sounds the heads dead drum
Of aches and pains, they're all forgotten
In light so bright it dazzles the sun
And dancing leaves, all pain so rotten
Takes second place in everyone.
