Early Work - Destiny's Angel

I Am Destiny's Angel I am destiny's angel,reality's ghost;a child born of gypsy bloodbeneath a scarlet moon.I am destiny's angel,racing onwardin vagabond dreams.I am destiny's angelin wide open spaces.I am destiny's angelheeding destiny's call,an angel of folklore,an angel of movement.An angel and being,the ghost of your lover,I am destiny's angelsoaring free in the blackness.Am angel of compassion,a metaphorical being;I am destiny's angelliving destiny's dream.I am destiny's angelon destiny's road,being led somewherein destiny's void.I am destiny's angel,reality's blood;a spirit born of circumstancein the blazing morning sun.I am destiny's angel,by far and awaya lone man redeemed,and cleansed by the Father.I am destiny's angel.

this definitely

has a "strong style", mark: i love you combine the sort of Rimbaud-angst with the plight of the Christian seeing himself in the eyes of God: "I am destiny’s angel/reality’s ghost/a child born of gypsy blood/beneath a scarlet moon." Dense imagery, very compact and fantastic, and yet then we have: "I am destiny’s angel/by far and away/a lone man redeemed/and cleansed by the Father/I am destiny’s angel." You do a sort of 180 here, turning away from the void to the recognition God. Nice job! GB
