Templar's Armour

I am…

My eyes suspended forever
           I see only time

I cannot move
            trapped by my own thoughts
My breathe held
My heart beat-less

The thermal ice persists

Memories that have been
memories that are still to be…
The blur of life runs wild around me
My prison, my love.

Vangaurded against the touch

The fire rages without
           fuelled by an undying love,
I whither infinitely in my own armour

The pain unholy.

History burns before me.
My own.
My love.
My life…

The write is good but feel that it lost us somewhere, I understand it but there may be many where it becomes to hard to try, A little Edit to soften it or to make it flow better, otherwise a good write,Yours Ian.T

I see what you mean. I'll relook at it and see how I can rework the flow. The feeling itself is a bit hard to put under the finger with words. Thanks TDO

Dear the dark one, this one drips with depression and self-loathing. If I am right on that, then you have achieved a difficult write of inner emotions under the finger of words. I enjoyed it even if I am way off the mark with the subject. Thanks for sharing, kindest regards, HS ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "With all that I am and all that I could be, I walk this earth and yet nobody sees me".
