Nebula

Chaotic forms with arcane purpose,
Carved with patterns of gilt edge flames,
Within this forge of time's construction,
Awakens now to receive....

A gift from this celestial darkness,
Inspiration's penetrating blaze,
Now wrestles with this spark of life,
To shape, to mold and to weave.....

Archaic definitions melt
Into definitive characteristics,
While this nameless fire
Now travails with creation,
To renew invention's wearied thoughts,
While they are worked in widsom's embers,
And with desire are wrought.

Another winner, Misty!

You certainly leave one with an impression after reading one of your poems, and it is usually awesome! Congrats and keep 'em coming!

I like this Misty

Very smooth and beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed reading it. Respectfully, Rett: "Next time you think you're perfect, walk on water." If government is the answer, it's a stupid question!

Nice, Misty

my only correction is widsom's -> wisdom's I like the correlation of creation and creativity to the bash and crash of swirling new gases. Most cool. ~Jess K. ---------------------------------------------------- -"As you slide down the banister of life, may the splinters never point in the wrong direction!" -"God is good, but never dance in a small boat."
