Words

One wishes that words

Could change

What we know

But they do not

They hang in the air

Fall  like feathers

To the ground

Where they are picked

Up by the wind

Circulating

Until they finally

Merge

Into the roar

Of no meaning

Unheeded

They are

No more

True words

They can change things between two spirits, but when you know that it is two spirits, there is no longer any need for words. Some use words as a weapon and it becomes a sharp sword that cuts deep, some use words as we do, to bring information of all types, to others hopefully in a good way. May the words you use be of the spirit, to another like mind, they will be as music, good luck, Yours Ian.T

Am I a cynic?

Dearest Ian, I so appreciate your comments and sentiment, most of what I write is to myself and the previously stated duality. Yes I hope my words inspire and play as music. Hidden within them are lessons I have learned. Having had to confront my own hypocrisy I therefore have been too aware of it in others. So let these poor words be a call that we live by what we say and do not content ourselves with hyperbole. Kristeta
