Deficient Appearance
Specter, you have followed me all of my lifeMocked and berated me in my solitude.Behind the closed doors, you stood with DeathAnd life became the cell in which I was trapped. You smiled, as the liquid emotion drained me,A deluge that threatened to drown……Opening the floodgate,Washing away my essence,Leaving me with that white,Weak and empty feelingThat was rank with taste of rejection. The residual shakingResounding with worthlessnessDrew a shade over my soul. And you,The incurable curse, lingeredNo matter how far back intoMy subconscious you were forced. But nausea followed me……Filled with premonition, wisdomand knowledge of future events,As well as the behaviors of wraiths. Vampirical leechRising from the ashes of memory,Feasting on thoughts of manipulationHoping to pull those strings,Only to find that I was smart enoughTo cut them. Did you seriously think you could outsmartYour genetic protégé?
