Embodiment of Fire

The dark stretches

as far as my mind can see

I feel the end creeping closer

I clutch my blazened blade

I stance for war…

The distant thunder draws near

My heart beat deafens

                blood pumps through my veins

Bloodlust grips tight

The barking hounds shake the earth as they stampede toward me

My katana kisses the earth

My Glory spreads far…

… wings lighting against the night

The wind rushes my face

My eyes open.

Hell’s hordes,

                prey to my steel.

Emdodiment of Fire poem

T.D.O., You have an exciting poem here. Are you a soldier, or is this your battle field? Let hell's hordes taste your steel, and your pen. wcw

It is more my own battle,

It is more my own battle, things you go through the weight they carry. No more running, I got to take them full on. I do feel that element of facing down a darker malice. It's them or me...
