To a Blind Friend

She's not important anymore:
Things didn’t go the way that she foresaw-
See her lying on the floor
Couldn't hurt her more…

Words can't tell you how she feels…
She caught the wrong end of your deals-
You only need her for your thrills
And feels…

Psyve...

I liked the lyrics... but as a poem it seems to be missing something... resolution maybe... but as a song...well, I went to it and listened, and loved the soft guitar and the words fell beautifully to my ears... very good in my opinion... yes, I'll be looking at your posts... Richard

"If Flowers Still Bloom in Beirut": Psyve's take...

Richard, Thank you for taking the time to read, listen and comment on this song. Being short as it was, it was intended to convey a particular feeling I had at a point in time. I guess poetic structure and hence, resolution, were not on my mind. Am pleased you enjoyed listening to the song. Psyve
