"Kaleidoscope"

 “KALEIDOSCOPE" ANN

Wild dreams carry my mind

Out into the universe of my thoughts

There, the beautiful, the unfathomable

Mix to make a kaleidoscope of colours

On a canvas of mist and stone.

Breezes sway and tempests rage

Silence stuns and music sings

The birds and flowers, clouds and animals

Each their song join in chorus.

The forest black against the snow

The frieze of red twigs, a cornus hedge

A boulder grey, a hat of white

A frozen cobweb twinkling light

The simple pleasures poems make

When Winter paints the world in greys

The mosses glow, the bark of trees is purple.

I have a wide view over Oslo, when not in Telemark, and we can see the weather changing and painting the sky and countryside for miles around:-

The grey mists of the morning loaded with dampness at 70%C hang as a filter fading the colours of the landscape to gentle pastel. It is not what one sees but how one sees it, for the first time. Not only are the perceivable colours different, but also the mood oneself is in, which can colour one's perceiving, for instance when making a painting the same applies, each time there is a different atmosphere to depict; it is never the same experience, always changing.

So is life and its patterns, always changing, so learn to change with nature and life, and with people or the things one does, then one grows, and life is new. We have the privilege of being able to live longer than, for example, a flower, it too changes but lives only long enough to complete its cycle, and each stage for us is just as important as the flowers cycle; and should be respected as such.

In all aspects you are on your own as to how and of what quality one's understanding develops, no authority religion or person, will channelise your mind in exactly the right direction for you.

Proprietress. Fairydust is an elusive dream-like expression of one's inner joys, fears and fancies; a kind of poesering(N.poetisinginto)of one's intense essences of feeling and seeing, and wording, and being, the last word being the most important. The being AWARE! Kahlil Gabraith, Krishnamurti, Alan Watts, Bhudda, you name them, there are so many in this most wonderful meadow of deep grass, where each grass-sword holds another word of wisdom to teach us to SEE, to feel and to express ourselves. We cannot remember too often that when we observe nature, and especially the ordering of nature, it is always ourselves alone we are observing. G.C.Lichtenberg. For the man sound in body and serene of mind there is no such thing as bad weather, every sky has its beauty, and storms which whip the blood do but make it pulse more vigorously. George Gissing The Possible's slow fuse is lit
By the Imagination. Emily Dickinson . If you wish to se my view, which will, of course not be the view that you have conjured up in your mind, then you will have to visit my email which I will give you in a private messsage. Dear Kata thank you for seeing with me Ann
