The Second Coming

Time unfoldsto unleash a process of continuous happeningEvolution – at its subtlest –Is experiencedin a state of quiet vigilance.Energised by a state of connectedness,Life – open to the ingress of pristine energy –Will deepen and intensifyThe displacement of   animal energy willThrow open  the doorsTo a new dawnA new beginning

Leonard,

you know how much I like your writing, which is immaculate most of the times. This time, however, I have some doubts about l.9... Respectfully, Ink Dragon

Thank you Ink

While writing it and even after re-reading it, I did find that line a little awkward. Specially the word "in-pouring" which I used because I couldn't recall a better word and I didn't want to repeat the word "influx". Anyway I have edited quite a bit of the poem below l.9 so that it would flow less awkwardly. Cheers ... Leonard

The Second Coming

Leonard, You never fail to get my mind thinking about life, Thanks, nicely written! _____________________________ To write a touching poem, you must gently stir the soul, if it brings forth tears or smiles, then the story was beautifully told. ________Janice Pearce_________

born again

a new beginning in each moment to be that alive and present to the unfolding knowing its center is the center of my stillness and again all lords of eternity are born again at the point where the pebble entered the water awakening this moment --------------------- one of the best things about your poem here is that it is so well written, sublte and boundlessly understated that the silent message comes through in pure clarion silence tremendous read and write -michael

Thank you Michael

for your most discerning comment. Sorry for the late acknowledgement. I didn't come back to this poem earlier and hence missed it. Thanks once again ... Leonard
