GOD BLESS AMERICA. (USA)

I am sitting here with tears reading this. So many people here in America and abroad down our country because they do not understand. Maybe because we have had success, I don't know. But it is so nice to hear someone from another country that understands. We have our faults, but we strive to be the best we can be. If more people like you would speak up it would go a long way. What other country in the world aids more people whether friend of enemy than us? Yet we are called arrogant, controlling, damaging. We make mistakes, sure, who doesn't, but we try to do the best we can. We are a people that doesn't like to fight and will do our best to avoid one, but fight we will if we have to. From the bottom of my heart I thank you for this. May God, by whatever name you recognize Him or however you believe, bless you, your family and country. you are a greater American then some we have here. you see i have travel the world and looked at America from the outside as you I have, and what I have seen is beyond anything you see in the states. I have seen American working themselves to the bone to help bring freedom to other countries, and I'm not talking about soldiers. I'm talking about the average Joe we see in the street here in the states. I'm very impressed with your write and the fact that you elude to one of Americas greatest supporter of peace, and heroes. Dr. Martin Luther King. It is something so Beautiful to see the dream of a man with vision come true. So I guess you can say that we have reach the mount top!! For me this write is a five. All I can say in response is THANK YOU. What a beautifully written tribute to "our" country. Although times are tough here for many, America is and will remain one of the best places to be. And for you, as a person living elsewhere, to capture the essence of what this country stands for is so touching to me. I will share this, at your request and for me as a tribute to you. This is a nice tribute to America..... I love the country and your poem. I am very happy with the election. Most of us do care about other countries, we do not want war, and help the church to sponsor people to help them farm, buy chickens, pigs. I know some may seem selfish with their fancy cars and houses, but among my group of people in the church, we do care and believe when Jesus comes back everything that was taken from the poor will be restored. You've described our home as if you had seen it first hand. Eddie is right - you're more patriotic than some of our own citizens. I admit that times I'm fed up with and disgruntled with our country, and then I think about what it could be like instead.
