left demoralized by clichés

Lowered standard achievable
refuting logic’s worth

Rather remain emotionally absent

Then live repetitions curse

Fortified guard against
a bear risky market,
another fractured soul
can unlock it

Growth martyred an abominable ego
desolate unselfish pain,
betrothed to a vacant dream

sitting still is hard when once you do you are over come with the over whelming; i've chose not to write for awhile, just getting through each day so you can get through the next one; but everything in its own time and the hope of what we need and what we want will be one in the same. Frost

“left with hollow by

"left with hollow by clichés" doesn't seem like it would fit in your poem. It read awkwardly to me...just that one line. "Lowered standard achievable refuting logic’s worth Rather remain emotionally absent Then live repetitions curse" ^ was my favourite verse out of the whole thing. I enjoyed this. --Aden Recreated
