In the Doghouse

I'm in the doghouse nowBut I’m not sure what I've doneBeen out on my sickleRiding hard and having fun Went round to a friends houseStopped to have a brewTook the gun, went shootingNow I’m really in the stew She says I should have stayed at homeTo tend to all my choresLike, mend the fence, cut the grassAnd paint a couple of doors But the sun was shining brightlyAnd the weather’s really hotIt’s much too nice for workingAnd I’d really rather not I’ll tend to what needs doingWhen the weather cools a bitBut I know that, in the meantimeI’m really in the shit
