Teenage Dreams

Teenage Dreams

I live my life chasing dreams
Scurrying above the clouds
Run a mile in the open plains
Searching for that which brings me joy
Then eye of darkness seeks my soul

In a pant of breathe, I fly like an eagle
Into the setting of the sun

Barbara - What's going on

Then eyes of darkness seek my soul - These lines spring from the fiery depths of inspiration. Very moving piece which - I can honestly say - I relate to. The eyes of darkness forever seek my soul compelling me to fan the dying embers of my life force into a torch of sublime brightness which led me to write in my diary one fateful day Whispering zephyrs bring back to life Dying embers of ambition Thanks for leading me into the depths of your soul. Leonard
