Dreamland Commeth...

Rainbows and sunbeams
what a surprise.
Bright hues that tickle your eyes;
moonbeams and ribbons
with colors so bright,
the honey-bees, wasps, and flutter-byes.

Waterfalls , and ponds;
clear lakes, too...
it's definitely, "water fun!"
extreme happy times completely under the sun;
Rivers and ponds, and those helicopter bugs;
and tall are the reeds of cinnamon!

There are pixies and faeries,
and they all want to play
as long as night-time stays away...
Mogwies and Imps,
ah, but don't get them wet!
for, the night will make you forget the day.

Sunbeams and moonbeams...
oh! Don't make a sound.
It's time to lay your head sweetly down;
with silk dreams, and wishes,
They'll all dance in your head
In a dreamland, where no one can "frown"!

Dreamland

A lovely write It is always there for the children, your write has described the things a child would love, and a place to be, and maybe a place that is, I wonder where those words came from, for you to see them and put them down for us. There is a place that I am told of, that is made for the children, and it is written of in, The Golden Key, one of my shortish stories, told to me and shown to me,by one of the children that made it for the pupose of looking after the children, a place that would not cause them stress, I wonder if you have seen, or been shown the same place, Yours Ian.T

Delightful! To write a touching poem, you must gently stir the soul, if it brings forth tears or smiles, then the story was beautifully told. ~~~~~~~~Janice Pearce~~~~~~~~
