The Color of Love

THE COLOR OF LOVE

My love for you burns like crimson sunsets
Across blue skies in summer
My love for you shines like red harvest moons
Across midnight skies in autumn
My love for you gleams like starry heavens
on a clear winter night
My love for you adjusts like moon phases
when tribulation takes us over
My love for you will never burn like meteors
in dark skies in time of changes
My love for you will be forever like the
sunrise and the sunset.

My my my Barbara

My respect for your writing is deeper than the ocean depths My enjoyment of your writing is higher than mount Everest in winter My regard for your blossoming talent makes jealous the blooming rose and besides that, I really like this one even if I would use "gold" for the harvest moons. *G* Superb! Beautiful poetic comment, thanks for the comment. the harvest moon is gold just for you though I thought it was a reddish color also though it was orange. LOL Gold is good. Thanks for the suggestion. Bold title there

Celine Dion had a tour and a song called The Color of Love and I finaly came here and read your poem :) Light, Darkness, Changes, it's all there I do believe. Images slide through my mind of so many different things. It's kind of like what hapens in romancing. nice nice Barb, Mark Man thinks this.

Just hapens sometimes that ya come up with a genious idea or we all do actually from time to time Barbara. I would not change it. It only affected me until I started reading your lines. It's awesome, really. Mark Man thinks this.
