Honour

Be true to yourself,

Do not waver,

Self belief,

Will be your saviour.

Do not attempt to mollify,

The masses,

when you hear them cry

That their way's right

that they know best.

Trust your heart,

ignore the rest.

Be steadfast,

in your resolution,

There's always more

Than one solution

There is no magic formulae,

for problems

That we can apply.

So trust your heart,

be honest, be true,

and your good name

will stay with you,

just stay focussed,

be astute

Maintain your honour,

and Repute.

You are preaching to the converted man

I nearly went spare once trying to convince this mob of individualists (Neopoets) that man is not an island. See "I think they don’t like me" and "I think they don’t like me (edited, re-posted)". Truly I was going nuts. They just refused to get the irony splattered on with a trowel! cheers, Jess p.s. no offence but that pic makes you look like a pissed upper-class twit.
