LEARNING TO KNOW

LEARNING TO KNOW When an alligator comes outFrom the deep blue seaTo tell you thatThe crocodile is very illWhat would you say? Will you argue with himAbout the world you know not?Strange is this errand boyAnd the message he brings. If you really want to knowSwallow not all you hearBuy a swimming suitDive like a fishInto the deep sea to seeThings for yourself, truthThey say, ‘will set you free’.

Be willing to gain experience

I do know a woman and to talk to her you would think her quite worldly and full of experience yet she has never left home and taken the risks of making mistakes. Never dove into the sea to discover she can't swim then struggle to learn real fast. A sort of Good Wilamena Hunting character lol Anyhow, nice writing, well done, Mark Walk me into the night and leave me there for I am not afraid. Just give me a ton of opiates ;)

A lot of...

people shy away from questioning tradition, some religious precepts, social norms, nature of self, etc thus, what suppose to have been a platform to reach for something higher, becomes a weight that prevents us from rising. Therefore, with an open mind, we should investigate both old and new ideas in order to add to the evolving self. Thank you for the reading and for the comment. Best wishes. T.
