the shadow is wrong

there are some things
that can't be imagined
there were no lines

but i told you i'd catch some sleep

those pebbles have their color

you wash and hold them
even if you don't know.

Thanks

Barbara. This references a part of an old poem where "many colored pebbles" was the whole punch and what I was thinking was kind of off, I might put it up here but I'm not sure. Thanks for reading.

sleep talkin'

I had this girlfreind that talked much in her sleep lucid clear long lines of dialogue not in relavant order or meaning I enjoyed your poem very much because of the abstractedness of it to my perceptions and I remember those times of waking up in the middle of the night to that In its way it was poetry anyway I enjoyed this poem of yours immensely
