The Towers Fall

Shadows of colossus fall
upon the ground, like a
Roman sun dial annoucing
time that passes.

Standing like the Kings that
tower over all they see.

The Lords and ladies bow
to their towering Kings.

The kings have fallen, Oh
dear God, the Kings have
fallen!!!

The Lords and Ladies weep
to see their fallen Kings.

The Surfs and peasants come
rushing in, in hope of resurrecting
their mighty Kings.

All is loss the nation screams,
but wait, here come our mighty
knights. Trying to save all that
still might exist.

The nation thanks their mighty
Knights, who put their bodies
first, trying to save some life's.

Some were gained, and some
were loss.

Now there no more Kings.
A Prince stands alone over the
Empire.

Roman, Constantinople, Byzantium, etc... all of them share this same tale. Wonder if we're next? Good write here. ~Jess K. ---------------------------------------------------- "Johnny was a chemist’s son, but Johnny is no more. What Johnny thought was H2O, was really H2SO4...."

hardcore, now that's cool!!!!!

Hey Jess, Yes this is about the fall of a nation. that started when the twin towers fell. the twin towers were a huge sundial for N.Y., alot of people don't know this fact. The lords and ladies were the smaller building, and the Prince is the Empire State Building. Thanks Jess you were died on, and your right we are next. appreciate you Stopping by. Eddie.
