STEP AWAY

STEP AWAY Congregational prayer sessionLike the village market I used to goIs a world filled with noiseNoises designed to deceivePleading to sell and to seduceBabbling in strange impenetrable tonguesSpreading fear of impending doomWith overwhelming wind of the noiseAs in earthquake, typhoon and tsunamiIn the mist of this cacophony of soundTake a step and pull awayListen to the indwelling spiritThe still small voice of the soulAnd it shall be well with you

The still small voice is always there to guide us. It is the voice of the soul commonly refered to as conscience yet it could be elusive as there are other contending voices that usually follow the 'SSV'. Thank you for the reading and for the comment. Best wishes. T.
