A Fractured Heart
The architecture of your
words has captured me.
I venture not to see the
picture or make conjecture
of the fractured heart that
I've created.
The words that feed my
phrases are lost to
literature that has not
been sanctioned.
Please release my twisted
tongue, from these binding
expressions that has caused
the departure of all I treasure.
Let me nurture all my words
so I may articulate the beauty
of my maturity, and with this
bring the hope that you may
understand the nature of
my heart.
Please return your love to me
and you will see the specifics
of my diction, then you'll know
that my maturity and love has
grown to satisfy all the pain
that I've created.
