Clouded Gaze
Do you see the man
I used to be,
as you gaze
into my eyes?
Or does the man
I have become
leave you
asking why?
Scalpel and surgeon
left me no relief
I try to deal
with daily pain
and the mental grief.
I hope you see the man
I used to be,
as you gaze
into my eyes.
I used to be,
as you gaze
into my eyes?
Or does the man
I have become
leave you
asking why?
Scalpel and surgeon
left me no relief
I try to deal
with daily pain
and the mental grief.
I hope you see the man
I used to be,
as you gaze
into my eyes.
