A Touch of Heaven

A Touch of Heaven

Tonight the gibbous moon shines bright
like katharsis for my infinite thoughts

Touched by natural chord’s he
calls me above the dark treetops
brushing the cerulean skies.
As if I belong with them, amid the
myriads and myriads of stars,
he draws me closer ever nearer

I don't know

how you do it Barbara. You keep turning out winners one after the other. Very well done. Very well indeed. I really liked it. Respectfully, Rett: "Life is like a beach. Salty, gritty, somewhat fishy and at other times, downright crabby!" Rett 2008.

Thanks Richard

Smiles:) Barbara glad you like it so much, I needed to calm down after a argument, so I went outside to the car for inspiration to write. The gibbous moon was so bright and pretty it was so low seems like it was touching the treetops. I felt stress drift a away, felt better as if I belong up there with them. Ran back in house a wrote this.

Smiles:) Barbara I had catharsis and change to katharsis because it says they are the same in my research, was wondering if it made a difference. I like it better with the C. Thanks for commenting and is happy you think its beautiful..
