Paper Shredding

I sit, quiet as a feather.
As still as glass.
And ready myself.
Waiting.
Controlling my breathing - steady in, steady out.
Maintain focus.
Relax.

I let my eyes blur.
My grip tightens evenly.
Wrists lock.
My sight picture aligns.
A final inhalation.
Exhale.
My finger flexes....

BULLS-EYE!

Great shot!

Way ta go Jess. You're my kinda woman. You have a gun and can shoot. Somebody needs to protect me! *LOL* Rett: "Life is like a beach. Salty, gritty, somewhat fishy and at other times, downright crabby!" Rett 2008.

lol

Sounds like l'il 'Nessa will protect you just fine. She could beat the shit out of someone better with a frying pan than I can shoot 'em.... LOL! All in good fun, Rett, I really honestly do admire the woman. :~) ~Jess ---------------------------------------------------- "Just 'cause you have one, doesn't mean you need to be one....."

YES!

That's exactly what I was going for, and was struggling with the title, as I didn't want it to be obvious. Thanks for your comments! :~) ~Jess ---------------------------------------------------- "Just 'cause you have one, doesn't mean you need to be one....."
