Can’t See Pass the Clouds

A mind cleared of schmuck
that keeps the senses dull
has a path made clean
for understanding to the full

A smirky utterance
that keeps comfort away
fills the heart with sadness
with every word betrayed

As the sunsets
reality creeps ever closer
as pain makes humble
each imposer

I loved it

Sad, somewhat melancholy, but a good write. I do have one question. About the title, is it "Can't See, Pass the Clouds" or "Can't See Past the Clouds"? Rett: The perfect summer day is when the sun is shining, the wind is blowing, the birds are singing and the lawnmower is broken. "James Dent"
