It Never Takes Much

Haiku: 3|5|3 It never takes much

A kind word
a friendly Gester
smile emerge A sad face
distant eye hides pain
with force smiles Secret heart
of pleasures untouched
lay hidden A poet heart
a blank page, ink flow
flood of emotions

This would benefit from some

This would benefit from some punctuation. I'm in doubt about that "friendly jester"...how did he get in here? Do you mean "gesture?" Yours in peace, Synchro

Thanks

Smiles:) Barbara Didn't mean to offend, it like what I do when I talk to much then my family tune me out. So my feeling gets hurt and I start to write until I am empty and feeling better. Have written several poems a day just to calm down. Some I revise and post, some I just leave in my collevtion. This phrase made me think about that. I didn't think your poem was that at all. It was great and now even better.
