Water

rain drop
clings to leaf

we live
and die

before
the raindrop
falls

like transient Lovers
unwilling to kiss
the ocean goodbye.

Water

Of the four elements why is water the most popular? Why is love so transient? The poem is very simple but it has a certain charm to it.

In these seemingly simple

In these seemingly simple lines you balance lifes mortality with your own inner longing. I found this to be among your most revealing of poems. Everything I love about poetry is contained in these few lines. It's exquisitely beautiful and delicate like a butterfly Its purety is crystol like. It is to be adored like you. B
