As usual your subject caught my eye the only line I felt a bit awkward but understood was Let my breath of it's saltiness take it didn't seem to run as smooth as the rest of this poem which in itself is lovely Chrys

Howdy Chrys

Thank for reply---always appreciated from you. I rechecked the line and right off hand I'll need to sleep on it to see if I can make it smoother. I never could get the picture I wanted up and running. But I did get one to work after a number of tries---just wish I knew why it worked! Drachm

Thank you Cat

Interesting---I seldom read my poems outloud. I will have to do that---I might be missing something. My regards to you Candlewitch! Where did you get that name anyway? Drachm

Smiles:) Barbara Thus my problems shrank While standing on that bank. So let the waves forever come and break Let my breath of its saltiness take. I do see the similarity in these verses Great poem, I started reading it early this morning but didn't have time to comment as was on my way to take my algebra final exam at ten o'clock. Sold my book yesterday making sure I never see that book again. Will be reading and commenting more now school is out. will be back at the books in the summer. Anyway, I love to be on that mountain listening to the roaring ocean, watching all my concerns sink deep into the depths of the corals. watching them eat away at them until they are no more. with my arm stretch forward screaming loud in to the heaven yes, free at last. Pay me no mind people think I am crazy anyway. Great Poem.

Have a great holiday from studing

Yes, that high clift I was on was in southwest Australia. It takes away all worries and bad moods and truly inspires. Hey, algebra is a wonderful course! Good luck in school this summer.
