My World Will Endure
Though I have heard the world crying
walking soil sown unpure,
I have seen through all crisis
that my world will endure.
It has known wars and famine
seen its innocence lost.....
It has suffered great sadness
It has counted the cost.
My world sleeps in adversity
My world toils in its pain,
But my world shows the courage
just as God shows the rain.
So i doubt not the future
though the winds blow unsure
I have faith in the knowing
that my world will endure.
walking soil sown unpure,
I have seen through all crisis
that my world will endure.
It has known wars and famine
seen its innocence lost.....
It has suffered great sadness
It has counted the cost.
My world sleeps in adversity
My world toils in its pain,
But my world shows the courage
just as God shows the rain.
So i doubt not the future
though the winds blow unsure
I have faith in the knowing
that my world will endure.
