Haiku

Not only does this make me think of tall grass lightly brushed by the breeze and a mustang, wild and free, feasting on a vast bountiful pasture the mustang without brand, without saddle, without chores, or ropes to tie him down -but perhaps a man who is freed from political chains or woman freed from submissive roles. I like that this poem is short, but can open our eyes to many things beyond this simple setting. Great job!

Thank you Amaranthine!

Thank you so much for this lovely comment. Indeed, the atmosphere is overwhelming but it is all about spirit's enchantment, about the fact that we have to be free, we have to let dreams come true and hope for better, to dream for an amazing universe of nature. It's like imaging that we are somewhere around the spectacle of nature, in the middle of all these wonders. We have to feel these sensations vibrating our body to understand. I really appreciate your comment and thank you for reading my poem! Marius!

This

Haiku painted a vivid illustration , an expanse of strength, a whirlpool , whirlwind, spinning top ,not of circus chaos-Perchance this horse was wild free running ,not turning dancing tricks capers , feathers of folly-

This one opens up

This one opens up beautifully, really puts one on the plains, alone with the horizon, the wind and the stallion. Perfect picture, one you can get lost in for hours. And the stallion tasting the freedom, makes one salivate with desire for the same. Normally I do not like the use of typical poetic techniques such as alliteration in Haiku, but "breeze brushing" works so well in this piece, you don't notice the technique used, you just feel the effect. Perfect. You have made me step back and ponder, journey into the poem and into my own mind. This is Haiku of a high order. Thank you for sharing. Alobar (Just my two cents, spend them on gum if you wish.)
