Soulmates

Purple raindrops
and multicolored skies
thats what I see
when i look in your eyes

A whole other world
dwells in your soul
only I can see it
only I can go

There's just the two of us
in this place of exotic hues
we become ever closer
as our auras infuse

I feel your emotions
as if they were my own
your love always felt
no need to be shown

yet every where i look
it's your love i see
in this world of soulmates
what else would there be

Hi Lacy

I don't think it is a bit sappy. I think you have discribed the inner workings of what being soulmates is all about. Just one suggestion: everywhere should be one word. Always, Cat

Teacher's Pet

Its a simple but perfect expression of how love makes you see and feel about someone Lacy....something for us all to hold onto when for a while it seems to have been lost....although it never truly is lost. Proff

This is particularly

This is particularly poignant for me, although in one greater sense we are all soulmates ie. souls and we all have relationships with one another, even if it is in giving the finger to another driver ;-) Imhexperience i find love changes forms, though love itself is formless. ~a
