"[t]he [acceptably] perfect hostess
[shall] see to it ...
the works of male and female
authors be [quite] properly
separated on her book shelves.

"[t]heir proximity, unless
they be married, [absolutely!]
should not be tolerated ..."

                                          ---Lady Gough

except her thus-shamed guests, so
of and on the wholesome whole

respectful fundamental bent,
be so chagrined and well aggrieved ...

then early altogether
ever be unduly too much

rightly, justifiedly, and
strongly hugely botherated.

Once again, a very clever

Once again, a very clever poem. You got a huge smile out of me. That is one beautiful duck! I love birds, used to hand raise cockatiels and sell them on a very small scale. every one was a special baby to me. Always, Cat

Let me introduce ...

you to Buster, who's my favorite (and only) pet duck. If I can brag a bit, he knows English well enough that my wife and I've taken to spelling words that we don't want him to hear. Don't know what we'll do when he learns to spell. Thanx, Chuck
