No more cries of the heart

Death cloud
           linger above
                      her eyes are fixed
                            to see his present
she walks the path
       toward the light
                   daylight dimmer
                                 along the way
 her passion for life
        roll away
               she hears a call
                     to take that rest
her defilement stand out
along the path she walks alone
into the sunset of her home
                          a blink a way

Zilch to do
         her ending is clear
               past endeavors
                       were in vain
lost of words
       empathy failed
                      kindness lost
                                     eclipse by shame
she bears in her bosom
       lessons learn
                    burning hot coals
                                  to warm her cool heart
nil to do
      ideas left behind
                her finale is but
                      a blink away

I detect a note of regret

I detect a note of regret over the failings of past endeavors. This is a melancholly piece, but quite beautiful and I like it very much. Very lonely. Excellently eye pleasing presentation! Nice work here! Always, Cat
