I found a very interesting website today called national initiative for democracy. Basically it says that the American people have lost control of their government. The government no longer really represents the will of the people. I pretty much agree with this point of view. The United States government has basically been taken over by a small group of people who make all the decisions. For example, consider the case for going to war in Iraq. The Democrats basically just went along with it. They didn’t do their job of standing up for the opposing point of view against the war. I am absolutely convinced that the majority of the American people did not want this war. We got this war because the fat cats and the the big wigs in both parties wanted it, so here we are! I think on many issues there really is no difference between the Democrats and Republicans.

What about Hillary Clinton’s plan to use her superdelegates to get the nomination for the Democratic Party even though Obama has more pledged delegates. I think that is absolutely ridiculous. What the people want should prevail, not what the party bosses want to happen. I prefer Obama and if he doesn’t get the nomination, quite frankly, I will lose what little faith I have in the Democrats.

The National Initiative For Democracy will give the American people the right to vote for legislation directly instead of having to rely on corrupt and dishonest politicians. After giving it some thought today, I believe that it is the only way for the American people to take control back from the liars and thieves who currently run the government. I urge every American citizen to go to this website and vote for the initiative! Please see the link that follows.
