Dunce Academic

seek answers
from curious dogma
with  knowledge suspended
tinder once aflame
now drown into extinction
studied leafs are scattered
some dissected rephrased
presenting a quiz vacuum
filled quickly with
neo-ologies
which flourish as all
scrutiny is laid to rest

Love the ending

As an academic I can only smile at this one Dabbler. Very much enjoyed it and the disjointed but nevertheless cohesive pattern of thought it conveys. I think i will use "neo-ologies" myself, great word. Small point, i assume you meant "curious dogma" otherwise perhaps it should have been "dogma's curios". Keith

Thank you Keith.

I invite you to use neo-ologies sadly they are replacing practical studies that give use advancement. They create pamhpletes instead of text(much easier and therefore more attractive to short attention spans).Yet when it serves their purpose, previous discovers ,and studies are used for support,(usually out of context). Those that stand against such things as stream lined idealistic "knowledge" are defined as “dunce”…perhaps almost useful, like a novelty. It makes me cringe. Thanks for reading

with this theme I really need the feed back.A good point you raise by commenting that at first you did not get it.There is a challenge in such feedback thank you, that inspires progress a slight verse or two could pep this up a bit.Disjointed transitions could be brought in a bit as well.
