Michael
I've fallen in love, yet fallen out of lover's choice
How can thou be so dismissive of my love?
One I offered to thee in all earnesty
And thoughts I believed reciprocated for me
Were given to that of another One who does not return the feelings
Of your undeserved, undying plea for love
As a jest, she accepts
In order to remove of your heart
And dance upon it later
Then give it to the one she truly loves
As a token of her favor
and while I pity my love's imminent dismissal
I beseech that that the angels allow hapiness again
For I will no longer pin around
Rushing to aid thee in comfort
Only to have my love find eyes for another
And leave me picking up pieces of a broken heart.
How can thou be so dismissive of my love?
One I offered to thee in all earnesty
And thoughts I believed reciprocated for me
Were given to that of another One who does not return the feelings
Of your undeserved, undying plea for love
As a jest, she accepts
In order to remove of your heart
And dance upon it later
Then give it to the one she truly loves
As a token of her favor
and while I pity my love's imminent dismissal
I beseech that that the angels allow hapiness again
For I will no longer pin around
Rushing to aid thee in comfort
Only to have my love find eyes for another
And leave me picking up pieces of a broken heart.
