The Cry of My Angel

Slept to your face, woke up to your grace
Took the blanket of your care off my face
Walked into the slippers, that slipped in your chase
Went to see the sunshine, defeated by my praise

You were in the sunshine, You were on the grass
From your eyes came the dew drops, from the sky so vast
Never did I realize how to your dreams I did rebel
Tears on the grass today, I saw the cry of my angel
The scream for mercy, the clouds went high
The tears on the leaves, that used to be mine
The dew on the grass, which seemed so real,
The smile on your face, which was surreal
Turned into your tears, With the cry of my Angel

Please dont cry, I will tell you why
Heaven-sent angels, which soar above so high
Are the beginning of the sensation of love, which is mine
You are my angel, Your Love is Divine
The dew on the grass, which seemed so real
Turned into your tears, With the cry of my Angel
You are - Eternity, The light that I see
Sunshine, the dreams were mine,
Yet you were so close to me
The dew on the grass, which seemed so real,
The smile on your face, which was surreal,
Turned into your tears, With the cry of my Angel

This guardian angel...

Dhruv This guardian angel is there for all of us to take counsel. When the poet talks of a crying angel, one wonders what went wrong in the first place and then the sensation of love, Eternity, the light he sees and sunshine make one to understand that he longs for a more wholesome live. This is a very good write and I raise my hat for you, my friend. Cheers. T.
