Cringe

so much to say, with so little words

so many words, said some how near

that had to happen

known not acknowledged

suspiciously denied....

not that it hurts...that way

out of place...not exactly

it was known,yet disregarded

to make way for a few

token memories untainted

so if tears don't flow

as dirt hits your urn

Know that I cringed

I finally learned my dad has lung Cancer

as did his father. We have had a falling out so i guess i will wait for the death bed moment. He had a strange way of keeping the truth from me i found out through a mutual friend. In ink, dabbler ps I cringe because I never had him as a father only a friend.
