Yep - this definitely fits the title lol. What can I say? Pin point observations ..made me blush before bed time. Voyeurism? Hmmmm reminds me of my ex husband but lets not go there!:-) Kaz It's impossible to smile on the outside without feeling better on the inside.

Such visuals do much more to turn me off than stimulate - most are more properly part of a gynaecological textbook than anything purporting to be erotica. Set out plain - as you have done - the stark obscenity is fully on display [so to speak] leaving the reader to take it or leave it. It needed to be said. Mike

Then for my next trick it is acrostic.

Smut Art. You have both caught the tone well.In my years of choice exposer I seemed to notice the lack of taste(yet the promises on the cover grew...same same inside). Smut is indecent set to appease and stagnate one objective.The same objective is stripping the sensual hope of the couples that it effects.Now don't get me wrong I am not critical of Taboo art and Erotic Photography both serve a role in exploration and can re-stoke a simmering relations potential. Ah, Dabbler dabbles in satire, but all men, at some point in their lives, get sucked in by the promises on those magazine covers, don't they? Teaches the difference between imagined fantasy, true fantasy and reality--three very different things. I find myself thinking of that line from one of the Star Trek movies: "Often, you will find, the having is not nearly as nice as the wanting. Illogical, but often true." Or something like that. Alobar (Just my two cents, spend them on gum if you wish.)

All this sex on the brain made you lose your train of thought - just kidding. modals? - models, maybe vagina's - vaginas - (plural not possessive) reveling- revealing seems to be more appropriate here. I do appreciate your point about the lack of sensuality in pornography. It is so cold, I can't imagine it really turning people on. Still shots of genitalia are so common place we become desensitized - it's like looking at a painting of fruit, and less appetizing at that.

This comes in part from an ongoing discussion among my friends, about why porn has never anchored into the art craze, they make the point that nude is art simply lumping it with exposer, I feel there is about the equivlant of a channel between porn and art. Who was it that said,"It is hard to define what pornography is, but I know what it is when I see it." plays right into the shame(secret)some how taboo, the degrees and variations(or inspiring effect perhaps surface more in tasteful social unity to exposure, porns that are geared to couples viewing are becoming more performance then the sloppy low budget dive porns of the mid 70s. I think the far right would cringe at the revision of the image of porn, it may challenge their agenda in the minds of their flocks. In ink, Dabbler

If a lady brings up the topic of porn

Most guys I know will marginalize their interest, the old cliche "I read it for the articles." Interesting as well is that once the lady follows up the question with a statement of support for and the enjoyment of pornographic material. The guy usually confesses to a deeper involvement.Couples that watch porn together are likely to open diologue about their sexual intimacy. In ink, Dabbler

Geez David...

You get brownie points for being the first man on here to render me speechless. I'm not a huge smut fan, and never really understood why men become entranced with such.... I don't know.... displays? Especially since most of them are enhanced. I'm remembering a Robin Williams skit, where he talks about "fakies" out in LA "where God goes - I didn't make those...." I agree that there is a fine line between art, and utter rubbish.
