The Girl In The Mirror Has No Return

Healing is lost to the girl
who has no hearer
she scurry to hide the cries
no one is  listening to

Her  heart ripped apart
can’t be repaired
as her love is no more
her life blood cease to flow

A massive heart attack
her love is whack
No mending for the misery
of sudden affliction

Very sad

You illustrated the story well in some short well executed lines. Kaz It's impossible to smile on the outside without feeling better on the inside.

Thanks Mark

Smiles:) Barbara I didn't realize I change to my voice even though I heard me taking while rewriting it. When at first it was me looking in the mirror. If what I said sounds sensible, being aware and not aware. As usual your comments are aways a joy and appreciated.

I admire poetry that gets personal, and especially people that can put their personal experiences forward. I really liked this.
