NEOPOET KNOT

NEOPOET KNOT   I seek to intrigue with this welter of words; these whispers and wishes caught in a Celtic knot.   Tied tight, this tangle of tenderness holds timid hands with torments, friend-shared, and foes, and milestone memories too.   These braided strands together bind real pains and pleasures fine and rare, and facts which masquerade as fantasy and sweet serendipity.   There are signs and there are wonders, and places dear to me: there are echoes of my haven hills and voices raised in song.   There’s grit and grime and solitude in shabby city streets. and smiles stitched onto sorrows with many shades of love.   There are friends here, aye, and strangers, and here and there, by accident, a little bit of me.
