When to much is obvious would you give a fuck? If it was on your porch they dumped their gunk? EPA?My Ass... they're to busy with trivial matters to bust the real Gross polluters So if some people are peeved about the shit that flows from clogged pipes into the gutter take note the sewage they leak maybe sepage into the very same lake you swim in

EPA?

Environmental Protection Agency? We had similar problems here for a while with raw sewage being pumped straight into the sea. That's been stopped thank goodness. The policy stunk in more ways than one.:-) Kaz It's impossible to smile on the outside without feeling better on the inside.

This is a residential problem

call the city they say call the EPA call the EPA they say....call someone who cares(paraphrase) Nasty humans when will we learn to handle our turdy waste? In ink, Dabbler
