Henrietta, in Munich

Never seen such white

A pure bath of light

As turning corner

And seeing you.

Blues ran me away

Took me to this place

Turning leafs in fall

And now, your face.

Didn’t need a kiss

Just the smile you threw

And in that one smile

Gone were my blues.

As you went out door

Never seen such grace

You, going down Saint Charles

Me, standing in place.

Now, I wait in place

You, back in Munich

Biding blues on Muir

Me, on Lake, seeing you.

Hopping on plane

Watching Chicago fade

When I land, that smile

Awaits me, on your face.

This is beautiful

I really enjoyed reading this. The last lines left me smiling. Thank you. Kaz It's impossible to smile on the outside without feeling better on the inside.
