Bad day made good

High gravity day,
called in a crane to haul me out of bed.
Been a rough week.
Mum sick
me sick
Two flatmates moving,
job threatened.

But
a moments kindness
a girl at work,
don’t even know her well,
looked at me and said
“Hug Time!”
and gave me one.

Cancelled tomorrows crane.

Isn't it amazing what one small act of kindness does for a soul?! Read this early in the morning...your words were the crane that got me up & moving :) donna

Wow

We need more folk like her in this world. Thats brilliant Jess. Kaz It's impossible to smile on the outside without feeling better on the inside.

More people

should randomly hug. I can only imagine how she made you feel that day. Thank you for sharing the feeling. Best, Ronda
