A Tomb to Forget

an open tomb entices me

     to peek inside

         Dare I ?

   Oh you bet I do!

      Scared?Me?

          No not I

    it is just a place

  where a body lies

     a pace away

 from seeing inside

   still not scared

 friends taunt me from behind

    I move closer

 past the open grate rusty

    not even a stench

      as I expected

  kind of disappointed

         . . .

     "uuo nnha .."

  I Heard It Clearly

     I stumbled

     then dashed

     you bet I did

faster then I ever had

     I'll stay out of

      tombs now!
