American Tragedy
Commander and chief
We watch in disbelief
As you tell this nation
To find the determination
And some how proceed
To give all you need
A war that seems unclear
Protests are what you hear
Mr. president is this our task
Why do you ignore what we ask
Have we no right to speak our mind
Mr. bush was democracy left behind
How many soldiers must be put to sleep
Poor mothers and wives continue to weep
As if they are being punished for some crime
Oh worthy president will you play with time
Hoping that the problems finds some solution
Or will you try to ignore our sacred constitution
That you swore with all your heart to protect
Mr. bush this time Americans will object
From offices to campuses we will raise our voices
You will hear us question your tedious choices
Leave your lies for those that care
To lie to a nation under god how did you dare?

The smirking prickless was not even democratically elected
